In California (and I’m guessing other states) you can be considered partially unemployed. I would contact your local unemployment office and see what they say.

Yes. when filing be sure to include gross pay from your current hours. You have to let them know of all income.

I think you have to have been cut to 20 hours a week

I work two jobs and just got fired from one am i still able to file for unemployment i lost my job do to the fact that i have to have back surgery
