I'm a Asst. Manager but my District Manager has put me in a 90 days period because he thinks i,m not good as a manager, but since i started working there i never had a problem with any of my associate's or complains, but every time he comes to the store it's just a really hostile environment, he is always complaining about something or making you feel bad and comparing you with other people, he makes me really stressful and uncomfortable. What should i do if after does 90 days he wants to demote me, but not fired me? The student in my class has choked, pinched, and kicked me and other students on a daily basis, the child is autistic. I am tired of getting abused. The parent of one of my students had a meeting with the principal and wants to take her child out of the school fear of safety for her child. The abuse not only happens in my class but also during classes when he is with other teachers. Do I qualify for unemployment if I quit? I am a school teacher.
