on 8 31 09 do to me beining sick and haveing doctors notes and ending at hospitalrooms my last day I work was 8 19 09 going backand four to doctors that I slip and fell at my job my boss tock me off the list and told my mother she had to do to my sickness and my self when I went there when I could bring the notes to her she told me she couldnot have someone sick and had to take me off the list so she let me go

In Phoenix Arizona unemployment office said to call every Sunday, okay .Sunday came I made the call , the machine tolld me I have no wages for 2009 which I worked all year ,I took mypay stubs to the UI office ,took copies of some of my check stubs and told me to call Sunday.well here I go getting a run around called someone else they tell me to call another number. what do I do.can I please have the right number to contact anyone to find out the status on my ui please.
