I lost my job after 17 years Im with another firm the last 3 months if I get laid off..can I collect from prior job is their a time frame?? or do I collect from current or both?? are my benfit’s less since I’ve only been at the current one a short time???tks

Im a server at Marias Italian Kitchen and they have provided a great working place for the last several years. Due to the downward spiral we have cut shifts which affects pay checks. Im down to 15 hours a week sometimes less. Since im still employed there am i able to collect anything extra?

i work part time and receive partial payments and some weeks i go over my limit and have to refile but i am having so much trouble getting through to unemployment to refile .this week i can collect and can not do so because i can not get through.

I have been trying to call and contact someone for the past 3 weeks and have not been able to get through. I was wondering about my extension. I called the inquriy line and it said to wait ten days which i did and called back. I’ve been calling the Burbank office for the last three weeks and no one ever answeres the phone, why is a number given if no one is ever going to pick up?? I was told that i was going to receive something so I can file my taxes but have not yet received anything… I was in the process of moving and did an address change so I don’t know if that affected it in anyway.
