How can I find out if I have unemployment benefits left?

Usually that information is found on the stub of your unemployment check. Every time a check is issued that amount is deducted. The amount listed on the last stub is what’s left. If all else fails try contacting your local unemployment office. Your best bet would be by email. Sometimes trying to reach the unemployment office by phone is near impossible.

Check the stub on your check it should tell you how much $ is left.
