Most people like myself we have exhausted all of the regular benefits that were available. so once that happiens we roll over to state benefits that allow extentions based on the unemployment rate that as to be at least 8% high in order to contuie too receive state benefits along with actively searching for work. All guidelines under state EB you have to produce every two weeks a work job search log that twc can call and verify that you are looking for work.
