I’m on unemployment and have a one day job for 5 1/2 hours. If I go on full time for a month and lose the job can I reclaim my unemployment.

I have been receiving notices for the past (3) weeks to file my bi-weekly claims. I have been doing as instructed on the web, I receive a processing number, but no check. Am I supposed to be opening a new claim as well on the web?
I have been calling and calling, but never get the opportunity to talk to someone. I get the automated systems that states, “Please Try Your Call Again Later”. It’s very frustrating!!!
