Now my question: I have moved back from another state and held a job for a 1 year and half and had to quit the job to move back. Can i stilll apply for unemploy till i find a job?

ive been w/ this company fo 2years and 2 mos.. i getting underpaid and have not recieved a raise…there r 3 employees that have been here for 5-7 yrs and not recived a raise more then .75.. i think they r taking advantange of thier employees becuz of the econmy situations and they know it’ll be hard to find another job.. so we settle!! can i collect unemployment if i give a two weeks?

I’m being forced to resign from my job as a CNA for 3 years at a local nursinghome/Rehab due to their misconduct of workplace harrassement.Have seen a lawyer and its my best interests to resign.Had to call the police to come to the nursing home due to the nurse or CNA

i was put on FLMA by the company and then they posted my job and hired someone else when i was still on FLMA. now they say they don’t have any position available for me and they did have a date when i would be back to work with no restrictions. They had me meet with them the day after my FLMA was done. I made 14.00 per hour can i refuse a job offer from them for 10.00 per hour and still be able to get unemployment?

If I was stripped of my supervisorary duties, cut the pay by $160.00 per week and forced to work 12 midnight until 8 am instead of lead day hours 8-4 that I was working. There were no infractions in my file unless put in there real recent, that I did not see no sign or was spoken to about.

wrote me up twice in one month and he was about to write me up a third time. I had been doing the same things for 17 years without being written up for them. If I had been written up for the 3rd time it have permanently been in my file. I feel he was trying to get rid of me so I resigned to keep my name in good standing.

My husband was working for Wayne County Airport authority in Michigan DTW for almost two years. There were some blood issues upon having his physical. The airport hired him. It got to be challenging for him and he left the job. After he quit in 6 months we found out he had Multiple Myaloma and has been undergoing treated for 2 years and treatments are on going every 3 months. He has not been on the job for about 2 1/2 to 3 years. Was he elliglbe for unemployment? Or is he still elligible now?

I was sick blood pressure was up and my right arm was swollen ! told manager on duty i wasnt goin to be able to work my shift she told manager over me i quit ! talked to my manager about my job she told me she was goin to put me on the schedule talked to her two weeks after still not being on the schedule she says she changed her mind!

I have a really stressful job as a dental assistant to the point where I’ve been having panic attacks, I also have sever back and neck problems from doing my job for the past 11yrs. I would love to quit and change my profession however I only have expeireance in dental assisting and would need to go to school to learn a new trade. I have been working for a Dr. 1st as Office Manager and now as his assistant. My boss is 76 he is grumpy likes to belittle me in front of patients. Sometimes he goes overboard and patients and employees hear it all. I have talked to him twice before about this. For awhile hes OK but yesterday, he yelled he wasn’t gonna my shit anymore. I was on fmla cod acute a a a achilles tendinitis. The day I was to return to work I was hospitalized with respitatory failure and them pneumonia. Then I developed pulmonary edema. I am still under a dr’s care. I hAve been asked to step down from a supervisor to a third shift stocker. This job pays 1.20 less on the hour and totally humiliates me. Ifni quit can I draw unemployment?

I have been working at my current job for 10 years. There is now a mold issue and i am getting sick everyday. My boss will not correct the problem. If I quit for health reasons (I have pictures of the hiddeous mold growth and a positive at home mold test), can i collect? I do have an allergist for the last 20 years where there is a mold allergy on file.

i been working for a bank for 2 and a half years and i am pregnant and my doc said that it is a still to early to go on maternity. my boss is not understanding. i am 0n a high risk close eyed watch pregnancy. and he wont give the days i need . he purposly gives me days i dont need the opposite of wat i would need and told me he needs to kno a week in advance to get my days off so i told my doc that she said thats crazy but i started telling him a week or more in advance the days i needed and he got tired of that and now gives me only 3days of the week to work 5 hours a day and the days i dont need i am off … cana i leave and get unemployment
