I documented everything and when they tried to dispute the claim I still got approved.

I started as a insurance biller and now they have me doing inspecting, lifting, cleaning shipping on my feet for 2 -4 hrs a day and I have a bad back and knee. what can I do?

Have you talked to your boss about this issue? If so, and they are still having you do these types of tasks you may be able to quit and collect unemployment – i would contact your local unemployment office and see what they say.
If you’re hurt you may be able to get workman’s comp also.

I have been with my job for 2+ years my husband was on unemployment and has recently joined the Air Force but we will not receive his first paycheck for 1-2 months. I work an hour away from where I live and cannot afford gas or daycare. I have no choice but to quit.

My fiancee’s mother recently passed away. I asked my employer for some time off because the services were out of state. My answer was not the time I was asking for because all the big wheels were going to a meeting in Nashville. I then asked for 2 days specific and would fly out. Was told that they would check the schedule and get back to me. Needless to say it was a very stressfull week. No one got back to me to give me a definite answer yes or no. So I did not get to be there for my fiancee in his time of need. I went to work on the 1st day I had asked for off. I was there 45 minutes and another manager came walking in. I then went blank in anger and stress and walked out. This has been very stressfull. the job it self is very stressfull.

I’m currently on maternity leave and am scheduled to return back to work. However, when I left I was on 2nd shift and now with the new baby, a 4yr old and a 15yr old, I can no longer work 2nd or 3rd shift. I do not have enough senority to get onto 1st shift. I have no other option but to look for employment elsewhere. Would I still qualify for unemployment if I quit for these reasons?

If I get kicked off the clock for taking a prescibed medicine from a doctor for anxiety will i be able to receive back pay for the time I lost? I got fired from Mcdonalds for allegedly being rude to a customer and swearing at a customer and this is my 2nd offense without being suspended can I file for unemployment?

i left my job due to the fact the employer had me scheduled crazy hours and also wanted me to alter numbers in the system whish would fall back on me he had me scheduled to close and then turn round and open i wasnt even getting 3 hours of sleep and he made the coment good next time ill do it twice in a week and he did he also felt as though noone should get sick but him they had to many money issues and i wanst even working the other managers didnt count the safe or better yet it wasnt documented so this is a good reason to quit

I am a single mother not making enough to survive out here in California and would like to move and go to school in Texas where my sons father’s family is. I quit my job because I was unable to pay bills with the money I was making. I gave a 2wks notice moved out of state unable to get a tansfer not available in ny the store I was working at so I had no choice but to move back home with dad till I can get on feet been back 3 months looking searching nothing so came to the conclusion let me see if I could collect unemployment until.

i caught a employee steeling he got terminated another employee got into a car accident and was out of work for 3 weeks i worked at a tires plus store in waldorf i worked 5 weeks 10 hrs a day 7 days a week then one sunday afternoon my head started feeling like i was on drugs could not type fast had to think about what i was doing and usually it took me 20 min to close store down after this feeling it took me min 45 min Dr got me on medication for poss problem i go back to work on Monday and no paperwork was done no bills were paid only got 2 people working the counter and tues the asst dist mgr comes in and says at 3:30 all paperwork and bills have to be done and all inventory has to be counted before I left that night so they can do inventory wed and i told him that was impossible and had to clear out e-mails and there were 200 of them he said my job would depend on getting it done so with the impossible task i quit been working since i was 15 and never had to collect unemployment

I had been sick for the last 3 month, the last two month i didn’t get paid, i ve been working with the same security company for the last 12 years, i never applied or recieved unemployement since i ve been in the us, my job is at least one hour drive and i’m sick i can’t work at this moment, i had lost a lots of weight and had fatique, i tried to apply for disability thru social security services but my illness doesn’t qaulify, i work as a post commander in a commercial building and i don’t have money even to pay my mortagage.
help. can i get qualify for unemployment

Hello I wor for a supermarket and been there for 7 years, recently my kids have been sick causing me to miss days from work, I even was sick. Come to find out that i had mold in my house and i think that’s the reason that’s been making all of us sick. I brought my job doctors note for everytime i have been out. When I went to work saturday i got a write. “Saying that her constantly being adsent for what ever reason is a burden on the store and fellow employees and any more absences may result in suspension follow termination” The manger also told me that i need to make suitable arangements when my kids have to be taken to the doctor or gets sick.I am also waiting for the health department to come about the mold. Can my employer do this if i had a medical reason.

I have worked for a Dr office for 23 years and this continues to go down not enough staff no raises in three years there reasons was there building a pharmacy and this will bring in money for raises well it has prospered but no raise. Withthis though we have also build a school based school 2 of thesr and the original building is under staffed I am on FMLA was not working 3 months back part time my FMLA was to do with anxiety which just seems to get worse the CEO and theFacilator of the building like to play music so we bout new equipment and build outside place were they can sing and have other singer CEO is never here to talk to nore does he want to we are now federaly funded and I think there are things that are unapproperate with expenses with all this I can’t stand this I want to quit because they keep on trying to get rid of people that has been here for long time and of course pay is nothing they start there nurses lpn @ $9.00 just recent because we had 5 quit in 2 months so I say all this to say is this hostil enough to quit and get unemployment because I really keep watching a place I love go down due Adminstration and am taking med because of it because of causes such anxiety I want to quit but can’t afford is there a posibility that I can draw my unemployement if quit this what they want but my heath is taking a tow on me

i quit after 20 years because my child out of state tried to kill himself, i needed money and that was a way to get the money i needed by quitting and getting my pension to help him, i was frantic and i had already lost two kid to violence and i wuldn’t have been able to function while my child was in a place where they wouldn’t get him any help.I

im working at a surgery center, they fired 10 people after the doctor promised us to cut fire after he cut every one pay check by 10%. The work load is heavy and so much stress at work everyday is screaming and you working under 2 camera’s. I been working here 5+ year. The fired most of the people in the billing department and said they were down sizing but yet we have all new employees which are russian and they were spanish and our doctor is russian. I quit my job because I be came the shower aid and had to do weights on all the people in the nursing home.i told my boss that there weight machion did not weight right and they would lool in to geting it fixed.then they started saying that my weights was wrong so they took me off the showers so I told some of my people that they were geting a new shower aid.then my boss called me in the office and said that was abuse.then they called me back in and wrote me up for it.so I quit I was sick of her being on my case every time I turned around and they had other workers acting crapy to me.i would not hurt my people for anything.so can I get my unemployment

I have been at my job for 3 1/2 years. My job takes my child support out of my check weekly, and yet I am 7 payments behind. They refuse to talk to me about this issue. They say they will get back to me. I know my owner is like 40,000 behind in taxes with the IRS. Our payroll checks have bounced from time to time. My weekly earnings have went from hourly pay, to salary. I was promised a raise of more net pay per paycheck. But yet, salary took my check from $420 a week to $298. When I told my boss that I couldn’t live on his benefits working 65 hours a week, he told me “there’s the door” . For the holidays, we closed for Christmas, he paid me for 21 hours for the week, and said that is all he could afford to pay. Should I call BBB? Can I get unemployment, until I can find another job? Please someone give me answers.

and if the guy is having a hard time paying u then u need to ask urself what is going to happen if u get hurt on the job are u covered for medical expenses if not u will let urself down and u will let ur family down and what happens if u cant work again it takes over a year to get dissability or social security if they fight u then u have more bills then u have right now and with no income at all so think smart not hard and dont let people try to talk u into something u dont feel comfortable with because when the do that they are trying to get the upperhand aka sucker born every minute syndrome follow ur heart and dont let ur mind try to change or talk urself into something that is not right
