I was attacked on public transpo on my way home from work forcing me to drive on suspended liscense. Needless to say I was pulled over and commuter car which was purchased specifically for work is gone. I had a panic attack on my commute home which was on the same route on public transpo. The other transpo option would make my commute about 3 hours total, my job is about 20 miles from my home. If I quit my job in a mutual agreement with my boss can I draw unemployment? My therapist will give me the ok. I tried going back to work after the incident and was fine because I was driving but have had three panic attacks since Friday this is Sunday morning. They treated me unfairly that it causes me to have a heavy load of depression. Doctor recommonded to stay home for one month and to return to work after recooperation. I was told by the human resource that if did not return to work, my job would be terminated. They're trying to find ways to fire me and that would lead to a bad record which will caused me to find new jobs. These staff nearly put me in the hospital because of the way they manipulate the system. Will I qualify for unemployment if I quit my job because of the unequal employment at work and they want me out either way?
