Where I live (PA) I applied for UC in july… then around the middle of sept i received a letter saying i was approved aug 2 to start filing so i got online and it let me file all the way up till current i just had to keep reloading the page 2 weeks at a time. it is now nov 1 and still havent received a dime. i have damn near lost all respect for the govt for crap like this but nothing you can do but wait and search. i asked them what happens if i find a job in the mean time and they said if it needs paid eventually it will catch up even if i become employed again. so i just keep hunting. bills and interest rates keep going up but just keep looking eventually youll either lose it all or pay it all back with bills anyway.

WE NEED TO RALLY OUR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS. I APPLIED BACK IN 11/2009 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECVD ANYTHING. well i applied for unemployment, got a letter stating what i made and how much i’ll get weekly, when i called they said i was still not approved, then they called the employer and they called me to get my version…they are now deciding…..thats why employers can do what ever they want, cause they say even whats not true just for them not to pay unemployment…i got sick, took meds that will knock me out, and got fired. the owner said i missed too much work and not doing my job right….it really depends on the unemployment who they going to believe

i have waited 8 weeks now and i have been able to get a hold of ppl but they cant tell me if im approved or not i had a phone interview and told my side and she said she has to get a rebuttal and that she would have an answer at the end of the week my rents due and i owe 600 to bills. but the plus side is that i start my new job on Saturday
but im scared i wont get approved our store had a new manager come in and he was just there to help portions and costs, well we all knew he was trying to take over cause he had been there for more than 6months i told him i needed 40 hours cause i was moving out he said no prb well he started cutting my hours for no reason he brought another lady in from his store who was an absolute bitch. I was sick and i couldnt make it to work my manager not the one that came in said it was fine and that she called someone in for me so everything was fine the next thing i know he demotes me. he is on the same level as my manager he just kisses the store owners ass. well i was late a month later cause my car broke down i was on 13 hours a week and couldnt get anything looked at didnt have a phone i was 1/2 hours late and got there be4 the store opened and called my manager she approved it and said it was ok then next thing i know i get a call 3 days later before my shift saying that i was fired i was so upset i went in there and talked to him and he told me because i was late he is late all the freakn time and my boss told me it was ok! so i told my judicator all the info just wondering if ill get approved and oh yea he finally did end up taking over the store now my manager is out a job. so do you think that i will get approved?
