I filled for unemployment was denied went to the hearing with unemployment on 10/16/2009 @ approimately 10:20a.m. was suppose to start at 10:30, hearing officer treated me worst than my previous employment. which was for Discrimination the (POLICY 1010) for the (HCPSS) was violated and i’m still being held with out benefits, the hearing officer ask why didn’t i transfer to another work environment i loved my job. but in this day and error you will be surprised that these unfair practices still goes on. been unemployed since 6/19/2009 seeking employment every day and the lord will bless me.

2 months later and still no help!!!! I looked for a job and couldnt get one i was also willing 2 wash windows on the side of the freeway and now im losing my home thanks again for not helping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My unemployment was cancelled due to a mistake in the paper work in April and I was disqualified on my benefits. The mistake was straitened up and the unemployment office ruled in my favor, because it was their mistake. The only problem is that they still ruled me ineligible and I still remain disqualified because of their mistake.

I was suppose to get my check last week on thursday & here it is monday & still no check. u can’t get through to talk to ne one, they don’t respond to email & it says that my check hasn’t even processed yet! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!! times are hard and this is not the time to play around with people’s money!

i quit the job i was at for 3 yrs because of the constant badgering of my bosses father that is supposed to be retired but still works there .i filed for unemployment a month ago ,got my interview ,waited on there decision on friday and got nothing no call nothing ….now i try to call to see whats going on …the minute it hits 7:30 voice mail tells me all lines are busy …and that goes on all day …i might as well be talking to myself …i am still currently looking for work and am still unemployed

i worked at my job for 4 yrs i was suspended upon investigation my job county job told me to file unemployment i was out of work for two months then i was called back i was denied unemployment i fought it over and over for my money for two months i finally received a letter tehy told me i was denied because i went back to work and to stop writing them that is bull shit i am intitiled to my money for two money and they owe me about 4,200 and dont want to pay me the goverment can kiss my white ass

Im on going on three months and still nothing. Other people that worked at the exact same place i did before it went out of buissnes and filed three weeks after i did are already getting paid.Wat kind of crap is it for someone who has worked at the same place for 20 years and i cant get shit.My buddy that worked there for less than a year is already getting his. wow…I READ THESE COMMENTS and i am very nervous. After playing the phone game to get to a rep….i was told that i have to wait an additional 7-14days for my money to be released..even though the claim rep told me tuesday that my money would be given to me on Thursday. Now…as i look over these issues that everyone is having. i am very nervous to think that I will not get my money. This money is supposed to pay for the expensive heath insurance that i must keep in order to continue my high risk pregnancy without any additional worries and also to care for my 2year old. wow…I PRAY IN THE NAME OF THE LORD THIS FOR EACH OF US….

i would like to know where the fucking hell my unemployment benefits are as well i have been done wrong and unemployed from woodfield trucking unjustly because of incomplete logs , guess what i have copys of all my logs they are not incomplete know they are black balling me i cant get a job and they wont give me my well earned fucking unemployment money i have not worked since march of this year thats 8 months i have a wife to take care of shit for braines i need my money like yesterday got it i mean know not tommrow o.k.nothead
