My unemployment was cancelled due to a mistake in the paper work in April and I was disqualified on my benefits. The mistake was straitened up and the unemployment office ruled in my favor, because it was their mistake. The only problem is that they still ruled me ineligible and I still remain disqualified because of their mistake.

i would like to know where the ****ing heck my unemployment benefits are as well i have been done wrong and unemployed from woodfield trucking unjustly because of incomplete logs , guess what i have copys of all my logs they are not incomplete know they are black balling me i cant get a job and they wont give me my well earned ****ing unemployment money i have not worked since march of this year thats 8 months i have a wife to take care of **** for braines i need my money like yesterday got it i mean know not tommrow o.k.nothead

was laid off due to someone elses mistake with proven facts, was told that i would receive 323.00 every week and that it would be in on such and such date, after waiting two weeks;; appealed for next two months up to very last day to due so. started a new job place shuts down due to error in…… of course paper work…… everyone else has now received unemployment for months and still nothing for me? have worked hard all my life for wife and 4 children and cant even get one check!!!!!! we the people!!!! ha ha we the operator, please press one for spanish!!!!

Collecting unemployment and apparently letter was sent for a phone interview. Never got any letter and missed phone call. When I got thru to EDD 2 days later they said was getting a DE1080, which is typically a denial of benefits and has the right to appeal. Has anyone else ever not received notifications from EDD.

I keep getting info from the DLLR stating I am approved what I need to do to file, which I did, and now I can’t get anyone to repond to me by phone or e-mail help. I have the Citibank card, pin# etc. but no money has been put into the account. I have not received a check in the mail either, PLEASE HELP. Isn’t there a LIVE person who I can talk to to help me?

I have filed two claims since i lost my job in november.I spoke to a claims personnel on
december 15 2009, she promissed to call me back on my cell phone(301-219-5815)
Uptil now I did not hear from her or received a check on the mail or money on my citi prepaid
card,pin# ending 5536.Please I need some one to help me and my daughter.

i applied for extension by phone, i completed it by speaking wirh agent that releasd my payments & after that she switched me to recording that told me to call the weekly claims # & enter date she gave me, well it doesnt let me. i need help so it doesnt delay payment.

I don’t know how I’m going to pay my bills. My apt. lease is up the end of March and I don’t know how I’m going to pay for the last two months of rent. Thankfully, I can move back in with my parents, but I don’t know what’s going to happen as far as paying for those final months.
I don’t know how I’m going to pay utilities which is mandatory for the lease. I’ve never been late on a bill and now it looks like I’ll have to be,
I apply for jobs on-line constantly, and the more I do, the less hope I have. I never get a response and if someone calls they never leave a voicemail. I know this from looking up the numbers on-line and finding out what business called. Then, you follow up and you get the run-around.
I feel like ending it all.
